Lens Light Life operates on a subscription-based membership model that provides immediate access to digital content upon successful payment.
Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once access to member content has been granted.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital access is provided immediately upon purchase.
2. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Digital Publications and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products:

All magazine issues, downloadable PDFs, tutorials, and digital content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests outside the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
